About Me

Please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Iain Luck and I’m an authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant appointed by the Attorney General’s office to solemnise marriages.
Although I am based in the bustling rural town of Warragul, situated in the rolling green hills of Gippsland, I conduct ceremonies anywhere in Victoria, and even interstate, if the need be.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Certificate 4 in Celebrancy, and I am a member of Celebrants Australia and the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants.

I am a family man, with a life partner, two beautiful children and an ever-increasing number of grandchildren.

I love animals (of all kinds) and I must confess, I am a bit of a sports fan.

My hair may be a little greyer than it used to be, but I am modern thinker and possess a great sense of humour. I am very adaptable and come with fresh ideas.

So, if you’re at the stage where you’re ready to commit to each other and begin planning, then I suggest we meet and start a conversation ~ you’re welcome in my Home Office or I’ll meet you somewhere of your choice.

This meeting will be obligation-free and at no cost to you.

Our initial conversation will be about your love story and how we can design a ceremony that celebrates who you are as individuals and what you’ve found together, that makes you want to marry.

Together, we’ll come up with a Ceremony that’s uniquely designed for you, that reflects your own personalities, values, tastes, styles and your dreams for your life together.

It will be a Ceremony that is inclusive of family and friends ~ if that’s what you’d prefer. It will also be a Ceremony filled with happiness, laughter and tears of joy.

We can create wonderful memories of the most important journey you are both about to enter.

I will provide you with personalised service from the moment you choose me as your Marriage Celebrant.

I will guide you gently through all the necessary legal paperwork and, if you like, provide you with a few ideas to get your ceremony started, such as selections of music, prose, readings, poetry and symbolic rituals.

I will provide you with the opportunity for at least one Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal (at no extra cost) so as to ensure that everything goes smoothly on your special day.
